Cancellation policy

Some items in our store may be offered to you as a Pre-Order or a Subscription. This policy lays out how these specific purchase types work and the strict rules regarding cancellations.

1. Pre-Orders

When you purchase a Pre-Order, you are buying a product that is not yet in stock but is scheduled for a future release. Because TCG market pricing is volatile and inventory is secured based on your commitment, the following rules apply:

  • Immediate Payment: To secure your allocation, full payment is collected immediately at checkout.

  • No Cancellations: As stated in our Refund Policy, Pre-Orders are final sales. We do not accept cancellations, modifications, or refunds for Pre-Order items once the order has been placed. Please be 100% sure of your purchase before committing.

  • Release Date Changes: Release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers (Bandai, Pokemon, Riot Games). These dates are subject to change without notice. A delay in the release date does not make the order eligible for cancellation.

  • Distributor Allocations: In the rare event that our distributor cuts our allocation and we cannot fulfill your order, we will cancel the order and issue 100% Store Credit.

2. Subscriptions (If Applicable)

If you sign up for a recurring subscription service (e.g., a monthly product drop), the following applies:

  • Automatic Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew and charge your payment method based on the frequency you selected (e.g., monthly).

  • Cancellation: You may cancel your future subscription renewals at any time.

    • To cancel, you must log in to your account or use the link in your order confirmation email before your next scheduled billing date.

    • No Refunds on Processed Orders: If a subscription renewal has already been charged or shipped, it is considered a final sale under our TCG "No Returns" policy. Canceling a subscription stops future charges; it does not refund charges that have already occurred.

3. "Try Before You Buy"

We do not offer "Try Before You Buy" options. Due to the nature of Trading Card Games and the risk of tampering/pack searching, all products must be paid for in full before they are shipped.
