Refund policy

At Grove 44, our mission is to provide authentic, unsearched, and high-quality trading card game products. Due to the nature of the TCG hobby, the risk of resealing/tampering, and the volatility of the collectible market, we enforce a strict All Sales Final policy.

1. All Sales Are Final

To ensure the integrity of our products and protect our customer community, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any Trading Card Game products. This policy applies to:

  • Sealed Booster Boxes, Packs, and Cases

  • Single Cards (Raw or Graded)

  • Constructed Decks

  • Limited Edition/Exclusive Items

Why this policy exists: In the TCG world, product integrity is everything. Once a sealed product leaves our hands, we cannot guarantee that it has not been tampered with, resealed, or "searched." By refusing returns, we ensure that every customer receives a genuine, unadulterated product directly from our inventory.

2. Refunds (Store Credit Only)

In the rare occasion that a refund is granted (at the sole discretion of Grove 44), it will be issued strictly as Online Store Credit.

  • No Cash Refunds: We generally do not issue refunds to original payment methods (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.) unless legally required.

  • Processing: Store credit is issued to the customer account or email address on file. 

3. Pre-Order Cancellations & Allocations

  • Customer Cancellations: All Pre-Orders are final. We do not accept cancellations for Pre-Order items once the order has been placed. Please be 100% sure of your purchase before committing.

  • Distributor Allocations: TCG products are subject to distributor allocation. Occasionally, manufacturers or distributors may cut our order quantities unexpectedly.

  • If We Cannot Fulfill: In the event that our allocation is cut and we cannot fulfill your pre-order, we reserve the right to cancel your order. In this specific scenario, we will issue 100% of the order value as Store Credit.

4. Chargebacks & Fraud

Any customer who attempts to "chargeback" a purchase for a non-returnable item without contacting us first may be permanently banned from future purchases at Grove 44 and our affiliated trade show booths.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

As stated in our Shipping Policy, Grove 44 is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. Please ensure you have a secure delivery location.
