Shipping policy

Shipping Origin All orders are packed and shipped from our facility in Texas. We take great pride in our packaging to ensure your collectibles arrive in the same condition they left our hands.

1. Processing & Handling Time

  • Standard Orders: Orders for in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days of purchase.

  • Business Days: Our business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed on weekends will begin processing the following Monday.

  • High Volume Periods: During major set releases (e.g., a new One Piece or Pokémon set drop) or following a large restock, processing times may extend by an additional 1-2 days due to the high volume of orders. We appreciate your patience during these hype periods!

2. Shipping Methods & Times

We currently offer one standard shipping tier to keep things simple and reliable.

  • Standard Ground Shipping: Estimated 3–5 business days for delivery once the package is handed to the carrier.

Please note: These are estimates provided by the carriers. Grove 44 is not responsible for carrier delays caused by weather, sorting facility issues, or incorrect addresses.

3. Pre-Order Policy (Important)

To ensure you receive your items as fast as possible, you cannot combine Pre-Order items with In-Stock items in the same cart.

  • Separate Orders Required: Please place one order for your Pre-Order items and a separate order for any In-Stock items you need now.

  • Mixed Orders: If you place an order that contains both In-Stock and Pre-Order items, the entire order will be HELD until the pre-order item is released. We generally do not offer split-shipping. Exceptions to this rule are made only in very rare circumstances and are at the sole discretion of Grove 44.

  • Release Dates: Release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers. These are subject to change.

4. Domestic Shipping Only

  • USA Only: We currently only ship within the United States. We do not offer international shipping at this time.

5. Holiday & Peak Season Warning

During the holiday season (November & December) and major promotional events, shipping carriers see a massive increase in volume.

  • Order Early: We highly recommend placing holiday orders at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure delivery by specific dates.

  • Carrier Delays: Please understand that once a package is handed off to the carrier during the holidays, transit times are out of our control. We cannot guarantee delivery dates during December.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • Carrier Liability: Once Grove 44 hands the package over to the shipping carrier (USPS/UPS), the ownership and risk of loss pass to the buyer. Grove 44 is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages.

  • Filing Claims: If your package is lost or arrives damaged, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier. We do not issue refunds or replacements for carrier errors.
